The Yellow Submarine lived up to it's name :(When I mention that WC holds an annual Waterfront Festival featuring a Cardboard Boat Regatta, most people look at me like I'm crazy! So, I thought I'd post a picture or two of this year's regatta so people can see how awesome it is!
